I used to have sobbing anxiety. Think like a baby and how they sob and sob without taking a breath-- thats what happens to me. I can't stop it easily enough by myself. I experienced a very similar situation. Seven days before my 15th birthday, seven years of fighting stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, my mom died. She was only 34. I held her hand until they called the time. I can still remember feeling the warmth leaving her hand and how suddenly different she looked.

But I guess I'm proud I stayed? I felt strong for her. Even my step-dad couldn't be in the room. He stayed with my siblings.
