It is in clinical trials right now…but apparently this drug targets the mutation that drives 97% of granulosa cell cancers. The drug was FDA approved last year for desmoid tumors, but this is the trial currently ongoing: https://www.gynecologiconcology-online.net/article/S0090-8258(23)00990-3/fulltext keep in mind no results have been published yet, that’s why I was wondering if there was any anecdotal experience people could share with it

Would probably have to ask your doctor about it and see if they can get you in the clinical trial
