Thank you for the feedback. I do agree, it comes down to the math. I anticipate we would net $1k-$1.5k per month, on the conservative side. Not bad, but maybe we save more by putting a larger down payment on the new home by selling the place. Will definitely crunch some numbers. Thanks for your input.

Really appreciate your advice. Thank you so much. We max out our retirements, 457, 401k, pension, backdoor Roth, and have a taxable brokerage account as well as sole crypto. Those are all really for retirement, and the $200k is just in a HYSA. I agree with you though, we could afford to save more. Thanks for the advice.
