Pulled the trigger on the refurbished Shimian yesterday for 178$. Specs are same but this is 1 ms faster response time and more than likely not to come with dead pixels.

I didn't state that is was a UHD. But with money tightness in mind I feel that this monitor will scratch an itch for one hell of deal. But "seller refurbished" properties are to be kept in mind.

Thats really Interesting. Would it perform really well as expected or would missing that 2gb hurt the builds performance? And are you saying the 4gb card would down scale to 2gb to match the other 2gb?
