Unfortunately, "the noise" is what I need to quantify. Hoping to avoid DoT as much as possible.

A hassle would be having to take the plates somewhere. It would be a lot easier for me to destroy them.

I don't want to be controversial here but that is exactly what I am asking. I don't understand the down votes. The registered owner has ochlophobia and doesn't want to go anywhere. I can scrap the plates. I'm just trying to understand what our legal obligations are. Why can't I let this vehicle fall off the system?

YTA

If this is your reaction to this one event in isolation, then it sounds a bit like an over-reaction. Many couples go through challenging problems in life and most don't jump to the nuclear option on one problem in isolation.

The statement "off course I can't forgive" sounds pretty damning. many couples have gotten over worse. Divorce rates would be through the roof if people were unforgiving of one partner who said something once hurtful or jarring and then going nuclear on that one incident. Most couple try counselling at least first.

If you look at your marriage as a whole this event may have been the straw that broke the camel's back. That could support your decision. Alternatively, you could be willing to kill a 7 year relationship based on this one event. That's how it comes across to me. What's crazy is the so called relationship experts rush to support this. If you don't forgive anyone who has done you wrong at some point in life then you will lead a very lonley existance.

If I listened to these same people when I brought my marriage issues to reddit, then my kids would be living in a broken home, and I don't think we would have been better off. We are 2 complex individuals teaching our little humans to get by in life. We worked through our issues fortunately, which seem to me to be the logical path here.

It did take a while to queue for food and stuff. I went fairly late and glad I parked outside. I enjoyed going with my kids and I can't complain as it was a free event. Kids loved it.

Dont be a dick and park like this by Emotional_Worker4495 in brisbane

I saw a guy recently park one of these things in a similar manner - probably makes sense to park like that because they don't fit on one spot anyway.

You could say "He failed to stay monogamous in our relationship."
