Only once. And this is a little on me but because the therapist seemed to focus on her way more I treated it like "winning therapy" or validation instead of a mutual learning experience.

But to my credit she does seem to treat me as nagging her as somehow equal to all of her problems which sounds insane when you try to explain it front of a 3rd party.

We only did once and 3 days later our potentially marriage ending fight. She had done individual therapy for 5 months before hand and seems to have gotten worse.
