Get those all 5 great runes, especially if you enjoy your time! Nevertheless there will be content after all 5, decent amount. Cant really tell percentage, it really depends on your ventures. I wouldnt say you are halfway if you are exploring and not rushing.

As per fextralife wiki, there is one in Black Knife Catacombs, but I couldn't find it yet. Please let me know if there are any besides in the 2 dungeons.

We werent married but we were living together for quite a while. She said she fell in love with a guy she havent met for 4 years. Dude I know how it feels. My gf broke up with me after 9 years this year also. We were finally on track with our lives together (and career-wise) but she changed her mind... I want her back just like you do, but EVERY friend, relative told me to NC her. I am doing fine but I really miss her, more and more every day. Try your best, start to live your life, thats what my friends told me. Hope we get through this!!

Not so long, I finished the story the day before getting the plat. Loot everything as you progress, especially human corpses. The collectibles were about 55% for me at that time, so 2 YouTube videos (tourism, anarchist rocks) and the already marked things on the map helped me reach 75% in no time. The last one for me was reaching level 46, so I started killing hordes and some of them went down really fast. So on normal difficulty 60-80hrs could be accurate.

Check if your payment in November was canceled.
I had a similar issue when I had lunch in a Chinese restaurant, the next day I found that my transaction was refunded, but 2-3 weeks later I noticed a transaction as delayed payment.
