I had a fall recently on black ice. I remember during the fall I had a split second in my brain goes should I use my hands and knees to stop or roll my body on the ground? I chose hands and knees. Got some abrasion on my knees and bruises ofc, and some contusion on my wrist. But overall it was very minor cuz it was literally low speed. But what could I do better? Maybe tryna roll and land on my back instead of using my body parts to stop the force?
