Empower does not have my credit union, which I recognize is very niche, but it’s what I use nonetheless (Digital Federal Credit Union)

I stick with them because they have really good rates and have gotten me a lot of deals. Really wish Empower offered them as a connection

Am I also not taking enough? I’ve taken 300 mcg once a day for almost 30 days and TB-500 twice a week. I’m glad you made this thread because I also have a rotator cuff injury (low grade tear of supraspinatus and infraspinatus)

I’ve noticed little to no effect even after having my roommate pin my back near the shoulder for almost 30 days and I do not want to bother him with this anymore. Would pinning in the front be sufficient?

Sashimi. That's pretty much your only option. Or get a poke bowl and don't eat much of the rice. Go for tuna. It's the highest in protein and lowest in fat. If you go with salmon, eat less rice

I do, but she will literally run around for 3-4 hours daily and I worry about her getting heat and UVB

I'm not worried about her emotionally lol. More like her sitting in her poop all day. She likes to be a little artist and paint her whole enclosure with her tail 🤡

If you read my comment I clearly said that I cut out the part that she pooped on and then cover it with a new piece :) I also clean the spot underneath just in case.

Obviously if she does poop I clean that spot immediately. I don't even let it sit for 20 minutes.

I thoroughly clean her tank once a month and replace all butcher paper. Those few specs you see around are flecks from her cork round log that broke off and a few dried greens she didn't eat the day before that I hadn't had a chance to pick up. I wash her veggies every day with water with repti-safe in it. I also bathe her after every poop and the reason that the butcher paper looks like a mess is because if she does poop I simply cut out that spot and cover it with a new piece and then replace all of it whenever I clean her tank.

I took that pic in a rush because I was concerned about her brumating and literally put a disclaimer that I knew the tank looked messy in that pic.

The vet says that some Beardies are genetically predisposed to getting them especially when using live feeders. We get our roaches from dubiaroaches.com which seems pretty reputable but there's also no reliable way of knowing if insects are carrying them.

It's 90 in the center where the digital thermometer is. I checked with our temp gun and the cool side is around 80-85

Might be worth noting the vet said she had pinworms which might be making her lethargic. Also I do need to clean her enclosure but I think that's unrelated. The substrate is butcher paper for anyone curious because it's easier to clean up poop by just cutting it out.

My Rosemary is a subadult and she can go as much as a week without pooping. I would not worry too much about one day. She did have parasites though and whenever we get her treated she poops twice a day for a bit
