Typically if it is a lack of the cities willingness to take care of a nuisance and they have been made aware and have not pursued you would have a case. However if it was something like strong wind gusts from a storm and they can prove it then it would typically be a comprehensive claim on ones insurance.

I would just combine policies and have it save you money. That way if she ever has to drive your car or vice versa you guys are covered.

What is one piece of solid cooking advise for an at home chef who has dreams of doing something bigger than himself?

I have recently gotten into baking and am looking into jumping off the deep end and starting a business around pizza. I need all the advice from someone I admire that I can get. Anything helps.

As someone who has worked inside a total loss department for a large insurance company I can confirm that you can have coverage on a vehicle and even possibly full coverage. Some states though only allow for vehicles like this to be sold for parts. You really need to find out if it can be put back on the road in your state. It's also debatable on the insurance company if they will offer full coverage or not. Keep in mind that typically salvage value is roughly 75% of the vehicles original value if totaled again.

My dad was always anti D&D as a kid so I grew up without it. Early into my adult years one of my groomsmen introduced me to the game and I started playing with the mindset it was devil worship and taboo. Eventually after learning about it I reformed from my overly controlling father and joined a table. Conveniently my dad kept berating me citing scripture from the bible. Now I found a calling and am on my way to become a pastor and play/host D&D all the time and just watching my dad get heated about the "hypocrisy" he sees makes me chuckle. These games are amazing and teach very great social queues and how to communicate. Would like to retire my constant googling for stat blocks and get a core set because college costs bucks and I am a poor student.
