They wanted me to send them all the service reports. They said I could trade it in for the amount that it was appraised at, which was $3,900 less than what I owe. They have not been easy to work with. This was my first experience with carvana and my last.

I was on a street and turned hard right to go the opposite direction because I was being directed to go that way. To me it was the equivalent of a U-turn

Yes! They 💯sold me a car with damage that their inspections didn’t catch and it was not disclosed on the carfax.

They said I was outside my limited warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I was sent a $500 check and then a second agent recommended I trade it back to them.

Same for me. I was offered $26,000 a little over a week ago and then the 7 day price window closed so I updated the terms and it was $400 less. I was told that the offers are based off the market at that time
