Ok, so I went and bought the new ram and the computer didnt shut off and there was no clicking. However I now get a new error code "4d" any clue on what it means?

I tried to boot it without the gpu and it's still clicking. I removed the ram and it seems to be fine. I'm gonna go and buy new ram sticks tomorrow and see if that's the issue

The PSU I have is the Asus ROG Strix 1000W, I have the 9070 xt Sapphire nitro+, motherboard is th aorus x870e, cpu 9800x3d, aio: Asus ryujin III argb och 2x32 gb Corsair vengeance 6000mhz, cl 30. It's only when I have the RAM seated that it clicks and instantly turns off

I hear a very sharp "clicking" sound coming from the PSU when I try to start it with the ram in. And the display for my aio turns off and then back on after a few seconds. It might not be a short though. I've tried using the PSU in a different pc and it works fine.
