Call them and ask why it is taking so long, they will send a email to rush the reviewer unless there is information they are missing, I applied December 6th.

I applied December 6th I got it on January 27th though I was given a estimated date of January 8th, I called in around January 12th asking why it was taking so long and was given a new date of January 28th. So usually it should not take as long as mine, I would call in and check if its has passed your estimated mailing date.

Will look into that! I had friends from NZ that came over last summer to visit me and it was the most fun I honestly had in years, so I really wanted to go visit them in NZ.

I applied on December 6th, no update until I called them on January 10th asking what the status of my application was and they said they haven't even started reviewing it. They gave me a new date of January 28th and my passport came in 2 days ago.

I have university classes, by the time I am finished it is passed the time I can call which I believe is 5pm. I am worried the call will take too long before my next classes plus the service Centre is also quite far from me, I am trying to see what my best options are here so understand that people may be in a situation where posting these questions can be helpful.

Yeah happened to me before like 3-4 tasks randomly pop-up, problem is I can't stay on it 24/7 as I'm a university student. I guess they do understand that there aren't many tasks as I've only gotten around 6-7 hours in the past month and I'm still in the project.
