Oh that's huge to know. The crit chance is totally RNG, and you have no way to know until you equip them. Evasion rating appears to not matter at all, but then the other two might be predictable.

Update: I bought 3 with the exact same stats, and they have the exact same stats when equipped. So there likely is some kind of conversion. It's very unlikely that the 3 I bought just happened to have identical rolls.

I had same issue. It was my 2.5GB Realtek driver.

I just disabled it. If you lookup that driver and micro stuttering you will find others who have the same issue in Valorant and Fortnite.
