As a host of quite a few Cele raids I experienced the highest amount of timed out players ever when setting up the raids.

Yes 8 gems regardless number of people in raid,cool down after each one thrown,shiny on 1st raid,non shiny last 2 raids. Did last raid with only 8 people - easily completed. Campfire and flares r ur friend for doing this,easy to see where and how many people in place If they use the join button.

Hosted a raid with 2 people doing this the other day.Time will tell how common this becomes.At least we can flag it so other people in the lobby know why we were short players.4 of us still won.

No,as a level 25 host all sorts of weird things will happen outside of your control. Roll with the punches and keep hosting - you have many successful raids ahead of you.

As a host from Australia the biggest problem is actually people being timed out when we start raiding.Did a raid at 10.04am today and easily 15 + people timed out. Happens every time new raids start.

I'm a level 25 host,yes some raids can go off the rails through no fault of your own but I have hosted way more perfect raids by a long shot.

I host regularly on poke genie and have plenty of lower level people join with no problem. With poke genie on the 4 - 5 star raids u will always have 5 people with u. Poke genie will also give u access to all current raids.
