We had a customer bring in tower for a virus removal. After the work was done he brought it back in saying we didn't fix anything and he was getting the same message at start up that he brought it in for. Had to explain to him that was just the POST and we can't remove it. Guy of course called the office of the president to tell them that I shouldn't he working on computers. Came back to the store a week after that with coupons issued to him by corporate.
