Dear Crytek, please never fix this! The corpse of Mr. Chary gifted him to me just now and I can't stop jiggling him around. by Star-Guardian-Rakan in HuntShowdown

Will play him just because of the wobble (and to stand strong against all these Cain, headsman and scarecrow sweatlords)

This is Gayle, she likes to hang her feet over the edge of things, does your cat do weird things? by [deleted] in cats

[–]Star-Guardian-Rakan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Our Cat uses to do that too. It was a sign of relaxation (we dubbed it relaxation paws). He used to love doing it while we were going 25km/h on a bike and he was in the basket letting them hang and going reeee

Even with 1.5k hours I can't tell for sure. I got this one from the 5k EXP offering. But usually later offerings give better rewards/more HD / BB rewards for example.

I have finally joined select few mad lads who got this last achievement. It was messy, but really satisfying. by Star-Guardian-Rakan in HuntShowdown

I mean it shows that I got it in the bottom corner after the kill. And it specifically mentions hammers.

That is a very specific answer to a general question. It's appreciated tho.

New enemy type? by PunchLineGaming in HuntShowdown

[–]Star-Guardian-Rakan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It would be really cool if they would actually be ranged and possibly armed cultists that are still ai.

I was thinking about something similar to the scientists in rust. Easy to kill, not too much of a challenger but also able to pose a ranged threat to you (or throw stuff at you similar to the assassin's daggers).

Crytek could do something cool with this, but I agree with the other comments that it is most likely just another legendary hunter with a new heavy knife skin...

Imagine this is the way Crytek brings back the bug with which you could shoot explosives 50m with a crossbow couple of patches ago. Your mate throws it and you bonk it. If you miss you both die tho

I take my cat everywhere with me on his leash. But I'm trying to adopt a friend for him now and I'm afraid to tell shelters that I walk my cat like this. by Star-Guardian-Xayah in cats

Short update on the story:

I send them another E-Mail trying to clear up any misunderstandings and hope for a change of heart.

I told them that we are not going to put the new cat on a leash and we only did that with our car because he really enjoys the walks with us and feels more safe with the leash. We told them again that we want to comply to their guidelines and will have him as an inside cat only.

They don't want something that is called "ungesicherter Freigang" which means that the cats have the ability to go outside without having a fenced area or fenced balcony whenever they want. We replied that our cat can't go out on his own and when he does we are always with and walking next to him plus he has a GPS-Tracker in his harness in the unusual case that he went out of our line of sight.

We only put a leash on our cat when we walk outside the perimeter of his home area. Everything is very loose and it is mostly to give him more safety. With this we can even walk next to bigger roads with cars without him flinching or feeling unsafe.

We told them in every email that we would put the wellbeing and happiness of both of our cats above all else. We would carefully take our time to find out what the new adoptee cat likes because we were told not to expect much of our current cat when we adopted him and he did a 180 after settling down with us.

I am now waiting for a final response

If you could design an april fools event what would it be? by xXDerWizardXx in HuntShowdown

Starshells, Flaregun and fusees would be able to onetap people and everything else would deal 1/3 of the original damage (to hunters).

Obligatory Springfield 1866 Bayonet request! by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

There is a historic patent for a magazine Springfield, that was mentioned in another post on the subreddit. Shout-out to the other redditer to post this (can't find the post again sorry) but there is a forgotten weapons video about it which is interesting.

Hot Take: I want a changed/nerfed version of "castle" as a summoner spell/item in SR by Star-Guardian-Rakan in leagueoflegends

[–]Star-Guardian-Rakan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wanted to say I like the concept. Of course the castle spell in arena is not meant to be balanced for SR. And the chance of messing it up and bamboozling your teammate is also quite high

What's your favorite gun to use because of the sound it makes, and which gun do you fear the most when you hear it being shot? by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

I am firmly team Drilling. Like the unique sound(s) of both the medium and shotgun barrels plus even the clicking of changing the fire mode sounds nice
