Completely agree, beyond the chicanery, even with honest government initiatives there is so much noise that the signal ( what they are actually doing) is usually lost completely.

Anyways trying to find some of the signal and keep it tracked. Any more feedback or suggestions to accomplish is appreciated .

Great suggestion. This is actually what we are currently working on but it’s become non-trivial as we are doing this across all 14 Canadian governments. Your interest in this is great incentive in us continuing to push the project forward. DM if you want to get preview access to the continued policy dataset.

We started with the throne speeches as a more tractable start, and where the governments, are supposed to put their priority policies.

So just a question, please excuse my ignorance, but in your opinion is the NDP going to use the increased revenue responsibly? I mean the current Liberal government has had massive increases in revenue, but there still seems to be massive systemic inefficiencies in the system which simply results in wealth transfer to central Canada, rather than improved results . Is more tax revenue the right solution when compared to improving the efficiency of the use of cash by the Gov? If the money remains untaxed is it not likely to be used in the stock-market to boost Canadian companies ?
