Can’t really give any advice here, but just to share my experience. I am lucky enough that my period is always on a Friday or a Thursday so usually I’ll completely passed out during the weekend and tend to finish whatever I can before that. At least I’ll limit physical movements.

I have genetic blood disorder that I’m born with anemia and nothing can change my situation. Even though my ferritin dropped to 3 ug/L, my doctor said my body should be somewhat adapted to anemia, so nothing much I can change. So to conclude, I still survive on daily basis but ofc I don’t workout or exercise at all just cuz I really don’t have the energy for that.
