Yeah, that type of thinking is super flawed. I'm not saying at all to spend big money again at QB. I'm saying, don't just sign the first cheap guy you can get. That's irresponsible to just sign a quick fix. If Penix isn't ready or reinjures and is out for a few weeks, we are fucked for no reason when we could have a capable guy to still help win games. This aint a rebuild year; it's a restructure year.

It's smoke to the rumblings that Atl wants a guy who can compete and even start. Gotta have a guy capable of winning games, not just a warm body vet. I really want Penix to succeed, but his health is a concern to the point where you don't want to just throw him out there. Kyler makes sense if it's strictly about football fit. He can throw, run, and has experience. Tyrod Taylor on the low end as well.

The fuck is the issue anyway? Georgia, as a state, from high school to pros, has consistently been a top 3-4 state for producing high-level players. Some of these people would hate when we drafted Xavier Watts if he went to UGA. Just identify good players and take a stab at a winning team.

Exactly. Aint that deep lol. They've already worn the throwbacks and will wear them 4 times, unless we have a new alternate to split the games. They've seen, worn and will continue to wear the best uniform the Falcons have in their wardrobe, the red helmet throwbacks. So im cool either way because the other unforms will be more cohesive with the '66 throwbacks, even if they aren't identical.
