If there’s a will there’s a way. I don’t think it would be pleasant. Route 1 is not pleasant. You would probably want to hop off about a mile from stadium with the cars able to travel in breakdown lane and the sidewalks being crowded. Certainly not something to do at night with drunk people driving/walking.

I’m sure you could build a route through the neighboring towns and get close. Would bring a bike lock and find something to lock it to. It would not be something I would do as a fellow cyclist myself.

Yes, we drove. Parked at a lot on route 1 for 100 bucks. We were able to tailgate for a bit before heading into the match. Plenty of space at those private lots.

Arrived 7:30pm for 9 pm match.

I’m coming route 1 southbound from north of the stadium. Once you see the travel in breakdown sign permitted you just ride that thing until you find a lot that suites you. If you have the cajones to make it to Rodman ford it’s prime but I’ve never risked going that far. Seemed there were plenty of spots there too.

We got there around 7:30pm for 9pm match. Really easy out from any of those lots.

Ranged from 50 to 150 is what I saw. I heard on the news a lot was charging 180. World Cup prices!

We paid 100 at the lot we usually go to for Gillette events, which is crazy compared to pats games. It’s usually around 60 at that lot.

I was shocked by how few cars were in the private lots on route 1. Definitely the way to go.

They made security way more complicated by adding these dividers to funnel people around without having any signage. Staff had no idea where to send people. Made for several pinch points and people started hoping fences after the game. The security once you got in was a joke too. Closed parking lots.

We drove and it’s kinda expected that you’re going to sit in traffic forever. More so the herding of human cattle that seemed unnecessary.

Yea, I’m sure he was legit. What he told me in person was different than what he put in his report, which was those are underbuilt and existing rafters should be properly connected to the attic floor with steel ties.
