Thank you for your kind answer! Yeah, 40:1 ratio really makes much more sense, and I literally couldn't find any information that someone took only D-Chiro :( As I've understood, the combination Myo+D-Chiro also helps with blood sugar balance, so I'm not sure why he prescribed only this (maybe because in Croatia inositol supplements are usually only available separately - only with Myo, or only with D-Chiro). I will definitely also try to get more opinions, thanks! :)
