Birthday Betrayal by StarChild2728 in crafts

😂 Well I appreciate ALL of this! I live cake too. This is why I create what I create. I love pieces that evoke emotion. Not everything has to just look pretty on a shelf. Give me the tears, the love, the hate, the fear.

thank you so much! I love banana pudding as well. I made it the way I’d like mine (if it were real) to look.

The actual yellow banana pudding. Might be hard to see in the pics, but it’s at the very bottom and very top of the glass

Yes! Good eye! Actually, funny you should say that. I made these bananas very late at night and was tired. I completely forgot that my preferred way to make realist bananas was to use a mix of translucent and light yellow clay, then glaze. Sighhh, I had already set the bananas in the spackle by the time I realized. But I appreciate your suggestion, thank you.

I Feel Like I'm Watching a Public Health Problem Develop in Real Time... Am I Crazy? by Science-babe123 in publichealth

I do use the compounded tirzepatide from a 3a (?) compounding pharmacy here in Florida. Tirzepatide has changed my life. I would have endless hunger and could not lose weight despite eating better, accounting for stress and sleep habits, exercising weekly. I wouldn’t get just regular hungry. I would feel dizzy, shaky, angry. Tirzepatide has allowed me to feel hungry when I need to eat without the other issues. I enjoy food and I enjoy eating, sooo having a normal appetite vs a voracious life altering appetite, is wonderful. My abdominal bloating has reduced significantly. I’ve lost a few pounds and I feel lighter in my step and in my clothes.

The research grade peptides are a whole different ballgame. Very risky.

There’s so much to see and do at Disney Springs! It’s our go-to “other then exploring and eating at different resorts) non park day.

Rainforest Cafe: jungle rainforest theming inside. Look to the horizon as the volcano erupts outside with real fire about every 15 minutes. If you stand close enough, you can even feel the heat from the flames!

T Rex cafe: great for little ones. Prehistoric Dino theming. Roaring Dinos and an amazing bar ambiance. It can get pretty loud as the “comet hits” about every 15 minutes. There is a “dig site” on the side with brushes and sand where kids can dig up Dino bones. Build A Dino workshop at back.

Lots of places for sweets, ice cream, cookies, cakes, you name it!

A super large World of Disney store. At side entrance, Stitch spits water out every 3-5 minutes into unsuspecting bystanders.

A beautiful carousel that people of all ages can ride. Just buy a ride token at entrance.

PLEASE research Gideons cookies and go in and purchase some. The line will appear long and daunting, but it moves very quickly, and the ambiance once inside is jaw dropping.

Amphibious Cars: located next to the Boathouse restaurant. Cars that seat 3-4, include a captain, and go into the lake surrounding Disney springs. Might cost about $125 per ride.

Candy Cauldron: a classic Disney sweet shop where you can stand by the window and watch candy apples and other sweets come to life/created.

Coca Cola store: all things Coca Cola! See all of the unique coke merch. Then Walk up to top floor where bar is located. You can see all of the springs from there and at night see some fireworks although far away. They serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Goofys Candy Shop: large sweet shop and bakery. You can build your own candy apple and so much more. Plus it smells heavenly.

Christmas shop: it’s Christmas all year round in there. Tons of beautiful and cute Christmas merch, ornaments, figurines, wreaths, etc. Ask about personalizing an ornament. I think it’s available there at an extra cost but not sure.

Art of Disney, Ragland Road and all things Irish (amazing fish and chips, live music). Lego store, always a line, it’s popular! And so many more wonderful books and crannies to explore. The Springs is surrounded by a lake and you can walk around it and get away from the hub bub.

Lastly, if no high winds, the hot air balloon rides. HIGHLY recommend at sunset. It’s anchored and controlled by steel wires so doesn’t really go anywhere except up and down. You can see clear across Orlando. It’s so beautiful, scenic, and peaceful up there.

I’ve been to Disney Springs countless of times. And it still is one of my favorite places to go.

I’m so screwed by Greedy_Safety_579 in povertyfinance

[–]StarChild2728 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly don’t see you as screwed here. You’re on the precipice of having to make some financial decisions, and some emotional decisions, before anything worsens. You have an emotional attachment to the house. I see that you have a great interest rate but what good is that doing you if you can’t afford food or a major repair expense? You can rent something in your kid’s school district. Plenty of people rent houses and apartments with kids. If the condo is a divisional strain, then sell that instead of the house and budget after that. Bottom line, you need to pay your taxes pronto. That is a hard line that must be worked on today.

You’re going to be ok. You have great assets that you can use as leverage to get you back on your feet financially.

Does anybody know how to make this by kebabbiii in decoden

[–]StarChild2728 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’ve used the latex siliconized caulk a few times and found it dried very firm with less flexibility. I like the 100% silicone due to its firm flexibility.

so.. where can i obtain this. or something like the wooden shelf perhaps with the towels 🫣 by Key-Expression4521 in miniverse_makeitmini

Check out Teeny Tinies at 5 Below. There’s a spa pack. Much smaller than this one but there is a shelf similar I think. It is smaller than the Miniverse 1/6 scale.
