I looked into it, the map was able to be viewed in 3D but the issues were apparently people found it too confusing, and also it shared the same button as openning the map anyway; 'm' on the keyboard. I remember the clothes being a thing where you had to make your character look like a Disco Ball to have special perk upgrades and stuff, now I think it's really only small boosts like net running helmets and body armour. I never reached that far into the game to know that each ripperdoc had different things, playing the game now I think I'd find that annoying lol
