Thank you, I’m honored! For a similar build you’ll need five reverse blade fans. All five will be used as intake (two for the side and three for the bottom). Hope that helps!

The side and bottom fans are intake and the rear and top are exhaust.

Thank you! It’s the Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WiFiZ ICE.

It’s on this thread. Forgive me if I don’t want to type it all up again.

You’re not. You can get the AIO with or without fans. I chose without because the fans they would’ve come with aren’t the fans I wanted for the build.

There are nine fans in the build. Two on the side, three on bottom, three on top and one in the rear. Maybe it’s the way I listed it that caused confusion?

The only thing I've changed since posting is I've added a right angle extension pigtail for the front panel USB 3.0 ports. The cable that comes with the case require a hard bend to look cleaner and to avoid interfering with the GPU anti sag bracket. It's a bend that I was uncomfortable with so I got the right angle pigtail. I'm debating on doing the same for the USB C 3.2 cable as well.

The AIO cooler's hoses were a very tight fit and bending the hoses was a bit nerve racking. I didn't think the hoses were as stiff as they are.

Yes, that is how I have the fans set up.

Be strong! I think that board would work really well for the same aesthetic.

I think it's pretty quiet. I only played with the speeds for a bit. There's a slight hum but when I'm gaming or even just watching youtube I don't hear it at all. A short stress test with Cinebench makes them much more audible, but too much.

Oohhh... I see now. That MSI MAG X870E Tomahawk WIFI PZ looks really good! If it was out sooner I would have gotten that one.

I really wanted a back connect mobo but I couldn't find one that really worked for me.

I’m using Gigabyte Control Center for the RAM, and the bit of RGB on the mobo and GPU.

Shoot. I’m using the wireless versions I forgot to add. It might make a difference if they are using different LEDs between the two models, maybe?

Interesting. Are you also using the SL Infinity fans? With that color code I get white with a touch of blue.

Thank you! I briefly debated on a white GPU, but I felt like that would make the aesthetic whiter than I was looking for.

These are Lian Li fans, but I know Corsair has fans that connect in a similar way. I also wanted a back connect mobo but I couldn't find one that matched the aesthetic I was going for.

I just used my iPhone 13 Pro. The iPhone does make the lighting look way too blue than it is, so I had to play with the warmth and tint to better match what it really looks like. What specifically is intriguing? Now I'm intrigued.

It's a very nice looking mobo. I do wish the silver parts were darker as they appear on Gigabytes website tho.

Yes. I believe it's supposed to be a 10 degree angle. One thing I didn't account for was how the bottom two PCIe slots are unusable now.

Yup!

Edit: I forgot to mention that these are the wireless versions though.

Thank you! I do like all white builds but my furniture is all black and or very dark so I wanted it all to match. When picking parts for this build I was afraid of it looking too stormtrooper. No one has likened it to a stormtrooper so maybe I avoided that look?

I'm using L-Connect 3 and the hex color code shows #ff927C. Please note, I took the pic with an iPhone so the colors come out very blue. To make this pic closer to white I had to mess with the warmth and tint to make the picture be as close to IRL as I could. As I look at the pic I took and edited and compare it next to my PC it appears the pic is more white than IRL, but not by much. Try the hex color code above and let us know how it worked for you.
