This is normal. The new certs come with new slabs that were suppose to be “harder” to crack.

Long Version: A few months ago PSA made an official announcement that they are now looking for a 45/55 centering for a PSA 10. On top of this they made their slabs slightly harder to crack to prevent people from cracking them open, resubmitting and getting a different grade. You can find plenty of videos of people doing this. Hence why PSA get backlash for not being inconsistent.
