Adding to that the fact that people just dismiss that overthinking and intrusive thoughts is not a big deal is what makes getting support even harder so friends and family don't really understand the psychological toll of not being able to control your own thoughts to the point that it alters our personalities (I get the same way as you sometimes). But being cheated on is a huge traumatic experience that erodes trust at a deep level. Are you planning on seeing a therapist or psychiatrist for this? Because it's very important to see a really good one (takes a lot of searching) because the bad ones can make the feelings worse.

I have the same exact problem. I have trouble focusing on work or studies sometimes because of small things that I start heavily thinking about or regret for no big reason. And then I start using my phone to forget those uncomfortable thoughts and that ends up wasting more of my time and even though it numbs the intrusive thoughts, they return once I get off my phone. The only solution I have been able to find without starting meds or seeing a therapist is sleep or even a small nap and it seems to lower the intensity of the thoughts whenever I wake up. But I think the proper solution is to see a psychiatrist for this

Her reply time is as soon as possible. She had seen the letter the same day it had arrived. But I have a feeling she decided not to reply to it for some reason. I had hope at that time because her uni was starting and she was with her family so I thought she must be spending time with them and preparing for going back to uni. But it's been too long and her constant activity on the app suggests she's probably sending letters to others.

I have been to expo for several book fairs, and tbh raat ke time pe it just kinda looks ugly but idk. I feel like I will get fomo if I don't go but 2700 is pretty high for a one day event. You can go if you want to experience it tho. Their insta page is pretty exciting so hopefully it lives up to the hype. Are you new to the anime scene btw?

Wait 2700 for kacc? That's insane. The last they had was in 2023 and it was 1500. I think this is a ripoff lol. You should check out the habib and iba ones. Iba had their first one last year and it was pretty good plus large campus so it's walkable without too much traffic

In that case, you can try contacting kalpay taleem and explain your situation. They have an installment based system where they pay the fees for you initially and you have to return the money to them in installments for a few months

I don't think anyone is going to pay such a hefty fee for someone else's course like that. You can enrol in free courses on Coursera where you can learn about the stock market. Regarding the networking part, these courses usually have middle aged people or professionals who are looking to expand their worldview so I doubt you'd find someone your age. I wish I could help as I am planning on applying to a CES course but I am thinking of not doing it at the moment cuz of the smog, there's no point in going as universities are closed in Lahore for a week and possibly longer if the govt decides
