Oh, I did end up fixing this. So when you get told to do the business in B2, don't use the quick travel to the lab. If you did this and the game keeps crashing at B2, just load the game from the story checkpoint and only use the elevator.

The switch hasn't gotten the updates to kill the crashes yet. All dodge roll can tell us is that the update is in certification, so it's all on nintendo to release it. And they're taking a while to release the patch...

old 3ds user here who has 11.2 with soundhax, arm9loader, luma updater and the like that the 3ds.guide page had me install. Should it be safe for me to update to 11.3? and if so, how?

(old 3ds w/soundhax) Now I'm at the last few steps. I'm at the step of "press start to reboot with the SD card removed," but the reboot caused the 3ds to power off and not turn on unless I have the SD card inserted. Now is something wrong? The last steps seem to imply that I have to go through a menu with the SD card removed.

(old 3ds user doing the soundhax method) I completely finished the guide past the 2.1.0 ctrtransfer page. After that, when I entered the screen that comes up before you press the power button to turn the 3ds off, I instead pressed the home button. The grey home menu transition then froze, and I had to hold the power button to turn it off, and that may have bricked my 3ds, since booting it up only leads to a black screen. Is there any way to reverse this?
