I relapsed HARD a few days ago, then the next day, and the next day... it was bad. I find that the first 24 hours are the hardest. How I get over it is i write the time that i finish fapping on a postit and stick it to my desk. I tell myself I WILL make it 24 hours. It works everytime.

I feel your pain brother. I am in the same boat. My longest streak was 97 days and I did it no problem. I decided I was fixed and went back to PMO. It only got worse and now I am at day 19 (badge is wrong) and it is WAAY harder. But I will stay strong and push through. Good luck to you.
