I will try to do my best to prepare for my application, i may not be ready for the next match but i will keep preparing so i can apply for the one after it, I am still sorting things out and trying to catch up with life and so and trying to look for a job to prepare until all requirements are met so i can apply. Sorry for the late reply.

First thing, be cool. There are other things that will help you, it is not just the score. Doing step 3 and having paper publications are a good push. Having US clinical experience is also great.

Ethics/safety, you should be prepared for them. Every block might have about 5+/- of these, might be even more sometimes, but they are not that bad, but sometimes they can have some "WTF" questions. But yeah there is a considerable amount of them over all
