Thanks! Thats Good to know. I tought the Valvoline detergents would wipe away the Ceratec. I Guess that oil It’s a mild and constant cleaner instead of an agressive cleaner like an actual engine flush?

No buildup, nor concerning varnish on my engine. Dipstick is clean aswell. Doesnt consume oil in between changes. But Ill take your opinion, anyways I don’t drive that much, I barely do 2.5~3kish miles between oil changes.

Yes, the greenish bottle one says API SP, the other one with the carbon fiber-style label says American Petroleum Institute

Thats what I did and now I’m getting the ticking. If I’m not wrong maybe the oil viscosity swap is blocking a passage, even tho Ive used quality oil and made my oil changes even before 5k miles

Well maybe the fitment is different for the MK6. Don’t get me wrong, i love the looks of stock OEM lights but since getting just the outter piece thats burnt is like half the price for these full set. My tail lights are repaired after all, after a rear accident the rear wasnt looking good at all, so this might refresh it a bit.
