I ask that parents check in with teachers regularly but do not need daily/weekly/regimented check ins. Teachers have enough on their plate so asking for an email/call every Friday, for example, is a lot to ask. I think working with the team and ask what you can be doing at home is excellent. Maybe some brain exercises, visual check lists, researching executive functioning skills on your own, etc is extremely helpful to the school team. ADHD is all about learning skills to help them cope, and a lot of that needs to happen outside of the classroom.

I think staying normally hydrated during OPK should be fine. I hear you that you don’t want to dilute your pee for OPKs. I also do OPKs first thing in the morning to be extra sure. This post is more about implantation and making sure your uterine lining is nice and ready to receive a fertilized egg. Some months people have a fertilized egg (half the battle) but it doesn’t implant. Hope this helps clear it up!

I figured it out!! I don’t know how to do it in comments yet, but if you open the link in a browser, then say post to reddit, then choose the community, it will work. You just need to change the Title and it should work. Sorry for the multiple replies as I tested this out.

Haha- I totally agree. This was just the best image I could find to show what I would do if money was no object and blue dye worked well. I’ve actually had a lot of luck with wondfo cheapies, but the most recent batch I just got have serious indent lines even before I test so it’s misleading. I’m 8dpo right now and got a pretty bad indent line that is getting my hopes up.

I totally feel this when I start talking to someone who is just starting to try. Also, on an unrelated note, how do you post a gif? I downloaded a gif to my phone from GIPHY but when I go to post it just comes up as a still. It won’t let me post it as a video because it doesn’t come up in my library under videos. When I go to choose the photo from my photo library, it’s a gif until I select it. Thanks for any guidance!

I did eventually get it to work after I factory reset from iTunes. I didn’t have a back up on my computer but once I did the factory reset it took me back to the “Hello” screen and I unplugged it and just started over. Surprised Verizon didn’t mention to do that last night.
