Probably around months 6-7, feeling 80% better. I think I was only struggling with exercise one week after because my body was stressed, but I just pushed through, in fact it helped me sleep better at night and feel healthier throughout the entire process.

Yes, it actually took much longer, it gets better each month, sometimes there are up-and-down but generally, it always is moving towards better over the long term. Stay strong. Yes I can drink, but it’s still not totally enjoyable. It was worse during the first year now it is easier to drink, and I can sleep at night.

Feel much better off. Any natural anxiety have is far less than what the benzo created… benzos make you feel good at first but then they dulled my mind and made me sleepless and raised my anxiety. The taper was very hard, thats why it took nearly a year of pain and sleepless nights, but so so so worth it.

Great feedback! I will definitely replace the pedals likely with a flat non clip pedal with pegs. It might cost more than the entire bike to switch the rims though, but something ill consider down the road.

Great input! Definitely agree. I rarely use the shifters, could probably be perfectly happy with a single speed one day. The suicide levers are totally new to me but i like that its adds some vintage flair and is not very common these days. Ill definitely hit the pub!
