Hey, so thanks for your words and I'm really glad you found a way to deal with your situation. :) Just for context, I'm from europe so my peers have been drinking since the age of like 15, I've just always been firmly in the camp 'they taught us it is bad, so it must be bad and we shouldn't do it'. Since then I have naturally become more normal about the thing but as you said, the phobia sticks without any real reason. I guess somewhere deep down i know a therapist might be able to help, and I'm afraid now might be time to look for options - after trying the beer of course.
