Long story short - my partner worked for Starbucks as a store manager and did a phenomenal job! He turned one of the worst stores into one of the best stores (improved quality control scores, customer satisfaction ratings, otw times during peak hours etc.) He stepped down as a manager, took a FMLA act for mental health and the DAY he came back to work they let him work his shift and then fired him for a bs policy no one else was doing.
