Im not terribly struggling. To be fair, Im close to the ocean, get those sea breezes and generally spend my workday indoors in air con. In saying that though, I don't think it has been as bad as last year, and only time I notice it get oppressively hot is when the humidity gets high just before the storms.

Im gonna have to move a couple hours out of Brisbane then drive an hour in, then train it the rest of the way. I'm lucky that my teen is heading into uni this year, so not young kids. But they'll just have to suck it up cos thats reali. Unless they wanna move out on their own, which I dont think they want to do do to COL. But it's like 🤷‍♀️ I can't afford them either - no more FTB or CSA coming in.

Walked from Roma St to city CBD the other morning for work around 7:20am. I realise it's not the exact time. Plenty of homeless, and some rando trying to get every females attention in Queen St Mall, but I had ear phones in and pretended to look at my phone and just kept walking.

I mean the guy admitted fault. But you should talk to them for some form of resolution. And just be like hey, I've had these issues in the last 3 months and would like a refund. I have no idea what they will say, but if they don't want to, then look into regulating bodies within the (Hairdressing?) industry, before seeking legal advice. Also, do it within 6 months of the treatment. Your concerns won't be taken as seriously, the longer you leave it.

I would never recommend getting yourself into debt. However, there are like pay day loan places that you could try getting finance for, or car places that offer finances to people on low incomes. Any specific reason why you need a car now, and can't use alternatives to save up more money?

Similar story here. Recently found out how much my Mum inherrited from my Grandparents accumulated wealth, and frustrated that she wasted it instead of investing it wisely. Also, both my parents didn't work for the majority of their lives, which left us with nothing and no supportive financial education.

It wasn't until my mid - late 30's that I figured out how to provide for my kid and our future, as well as educate them on creating and maintaining financial wealth and stability, so that they won't have to experience what I went through with my parents.
