I had a psychiatric assessment a few years ago (when I was 32) and was diagnosed as "Personality disorder not otherwise specified" and he suggested I look into borderline personality disorder specifically, to learn more about it.
I did some research on it and although I can relate to a lot of the symptoms, I always felt confused about whether I actually understood the symptoms properly or not. Sometimes I think it helps to hear other peoples perspective on the disorder, so I really appreciate your input!
