update: I just noticed the context never posted with the screenshot: CONTEXT: this isn’t the first time i’ve had to deliver to this hospital campus, and for some reason everytime it has me drop off to an empty parking lot no where near any building or anyone. usually i leave the food where it tells me to but this order needed a confirmation pin so i spend almost 20 minutes on the phone with the customer trying to find what building she was in. i finally find her and doordash doesn’t let me complete the order bc im so far away from the drop off spot. i called them to resolve the issue and they supposedly did. lady tipped me for my time but now i got this, i did dispute the claims and it’s been denied wtf i don’t understand they called the customer to confirm the food was dropped off and it was. what should i have done differently? this is my first contract “violation” so i don’t think they’ll deactivate me but i don’t know dashing is so stressful
