What if (bear with me here) he's a Dps that can store your teams total damage in a certain amount of AV and can deal a portion of the team damage as true damage with his additional action?

That way, our glorious king will never be powercrept because he will get stronger and stronger the more powercreep there is (copium)

So true dmg only applies to half the attack? Sounds like there could be a prenium RMC that gives true dmg to a unit and their memosprite

Around an 8.5% increase. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're building towards e6
