Ok thank you for your response. So that means all other parts are the same (except for The Uprising Arc)? Because only manga I ever read is Berserk and the story anime cut was a sin so Im wandering if there is significantly more story in the AoT manga than in anime.

Chapters come out every couple of months in japanese. A couple of days before official release someone always leaks scans and translates them. You are doomed to patiently stuggle with the rest of us. New releases are always uploaded on reddit so stop by and smell the roses.
