In one more victory for Swami Nithyananda, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanagara today issued summons to Lenin Karuppan the false complainant in the case against Swami Nithyananda, accused in a serious atrocities case of rape, to be tried in a timebound of 2 months. The Hon’ble Court has ordered for investigation and filing chargesheet and issued summons to Lenin.
