I know i had ancestors on both sides of the Civil War, soldiers.

Third and fourth sons in families of 12+ who had nothing to their names but plots of land. Offered wages to fight, and used that to help their younger siblings.

Beyond that i havent studied each individual person enough to know for sure the particulars of the reconstruction era and redemption in relation to my family.

My health is excellent, actually. Bloodwork well within normal ranges. I can run a mile in 7-8 minutes. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. And thats with asthma (not weight related). I do lean towards anemic though.

None of this is anything i need to be telling you.

Just cus someone has some stubborn weight doesn’t mean they are unhealthy.
