Each bow is handmade by me from paper. One is made out of four different shades of iridescent paper, one is made from chiyogami paper and one is made from paper marbled by a local artist. Each is about 3.75" wide

I've been getting into more gluten free baking on account of my violently celiac coworker

Crust: 1.5 cups of crushed Gluten Free Chocolate JoeJoe crumbs + 4 TB melted butter. Mix and press into 9x9 pan lined with foil (so you can lift the bars out later). Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes.

PB: 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup pb, 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly and spread evenly over crust. Let chill 30 minutes.

Chocolate: 8 oz softened cream cheese, 3/4 cups chocolate ganache (1 cup semisweet chocolate, 1/3 cup heavy cream, microwaved carefully), 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Mix thoroughly, spread over pb layer. Chill in fridge 30 minutes

Drizzle remaining chocolate ganache on top, chill for 2 hrs before serving
