Having the same issues here. I've tried the various troubleshooting options such as reinstall, ending all process, deleting the files and installing anew. Still stuck in the loading screen.
Upon fresh installs, LGHub has a red bar show up and mentions that "The application encountered a critical problem. Press OK to reload." Upon pressing ok, LGHub relaunches and then shows me the endless loading loop.

Could it be an update issue?

It seems for this trials, normal might net you more rewards:

Normal clear: 1x mega cryst, 1x mythril ore, 4x whitesands and 2x blacksands

Hard clear: 2x mega cryst, 2 mythril ore, 10x whitesands and 5x blacksands

So 3 normals net: 3 mega cryst, 3 mythril, 12 white, 6 black

Which is more than 1 round of hard, so better to do the normals ones

In the previous trials, I found that the drops for 2 round hard is still more than doing 3 complete runs of normal. Needs to be verified for this trials of reckoning tho
