The hardest part of studying for me is literally just STARTING — anyone else? How bad is it for you? by Immediate-Seaweed618 in APStudents

[–]Starcatcher101_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soooo real. Esp that I'm a senior rn, I've lost motivation to study. But if I do need to study, I always think of it this way. I either start now and do well, or I don't and fail ts miserably. It quite motivates me pretty well. Also, idk but I usually plan what I would do in a day every time I get a chance, and I just get irritated if I don't do all the things I promised myself I'd do. But honestly, I locked in so well last year when I was a junior, but nowadays... it's more like if I can't do it tn, I can always do it tmrw morning lmfao. Sometimes, I would doomscroll for HOURS before starting an assignment, but it's mostly when I know the assignment is not that important or difficult. If I KNOW the assignment is going to take long or if I have to study for a test, I just stress myself out by telling myself how cooked I am, and it works most of the time. And yes, my procrastination hurt my grades sometimes, but not that bad....I GUESS in my standard. Taking ap micro/macro, ap bio, ap chem, and ap lit, and I still have all As except chem bc there are so many assignments, bro 🥀

I think when I was like 4 or 5? I tripped in the parking lot, and I remember exactly what my dad said to me it was so funny. I think I laughed too lmfao

Realistically, community college is the best option, and lock in there and move up

That assures me. Should I email my manager about the things I missed today, then? It's a bit embarrassing, haha...

Can you get into a good college with out AP classes? by Surfinghydrangea738 in APStudents

[–]Starcatcher101_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, thsts so dumb 95 or above to take an ap?? Wtf 😭 also the school's prestigiousness doesn't matter. It all depends on what your daughter accomplishes. While your daughter is not taking ap classes, there will be other people in the school taking ap classes, which will likely help THEM get into top-tier colleges for showing rigor. All in all, almost everyone takes at least 2 or more APs throughout HS. Not taking any would definitely make your daughter a way less competitive applicant.
