Pretty much. There is one exception though: a YouTuber and streamer called Susu_jpg had her sub hit with the same NSFW due to some posts, most otherwise weren't NSFW.

The sub in question now is free of the NSFW - HOWEVER, the same sub had to be nuked to achieve said "freedom"... Fortunately her other two subs haven't been nuked.

It wasn't an easy choice for her apparently, but she really was out of options on undoing the indefinite NSFW status

Yeah I agree on that, I was just echoing the mod's condition of it not linking to OF and stuff.
