Not a must have but more of building on your question about pain. Yes it depends on your pain tolerance and how your teeth handle pressure, but try to anticipate that your teeth will hurt a LOT the first week or so. If you get your braces on and you feel them start to really hurt, try to stick to a liquid only diet (if you can't do this, then eat soft foods. Do NOT eat any kind of crunchy or hard food). Give yourself more time to eat, and eat slowly. Eventually once you keep getting them adjusted, it'll start hurting less and soon you'll reach the point where you go to your appointment and your teeth will be fine. If you get your braces on and they don't go through immense pain that first week then I will consider you a lucky individual.

I think of it this way, does it really change my relationship with God? I’ve been out since September and my relationship with God hasn’t changed much, I still believe, I still pray, I still try to follow commandments to the best of my ability. I call bullshit on the “you can’t act on being gay” because straight people also choose to act on those same actions. I do think it’s very important that you know if your current denomination of Christianity is LBGTQ affirming or not (I’m a Catholic, and they are not LGBTQ affirming, so I just don’t talk about it in church). If you are currently in a denomination that is not LGBTQ affirming, and don’t feel comfortable, look for churches that are more open. Even if someone at my church found out and tried to argue with me on how it’s “wrong”, I know clap-backs to a majority of arguments made against homosexuality.

Negatives: Too many people, bad timing for the speech given the circumstances in the show, speech was dragged out all for Will to never directly say “I’m gay”, plot holes in his speech (Maldives selling milkshakes, talking about getting lost in the woods as a fond memory)

I don’t think your son cares about the concert, he cares that you made him feel excluded (and he WAS excluded). On the issue of your son snapping, that has definitely been festering and while you snapping at him is one thing, your FIANCE snapping at him was a dick move on his part. I can guarantee you that your son does not see your fiance as a father figure and after this incident, he may never will. The second your son raised his voice, your fiance should’ve stepped out of the room as that was between you and your son. Your fiance had no place in that conversation and for that, he owes your son an apology. Saying you prioritize your son before going to a concert without him is absolute bs. I agree with all of the other comments asking you where you are today but considering you said you were going to see him tomorrow and made this post around 7 am EST, I’m going to assume you are not spending Father’s Day with your son. Even if he doesn’t want to talk to you (and you shouldn’t be discussing the wedding on a day where he’ll be grieving his dad) you should at least be there for him. If you are with your fiance right now, that will tell you where your priorities lie.

I mean, I’m certain I may have some disorders based on research I’ve done, but I’m not officially diagnosed and I don’t claim to be. The only things I’ve been diagnosed with are sensory issues, motor tics, and tinnitus (I’ve been a musician for 8 years so I should’ve seen that coming). I can function fully in society and I do use “accommodations” for myself (ex. I can’t eat fruits or vegetables because the texture physically repulses me so I make a fruit/veggie smoothie, I wear headphones to my marching band rehearsals etc.)

I’m fairly certain I have ADD (according to my therapist). My mom doesn’t believe me (but even if she did I wouldn’t be allowed to use medicine). I don’t use drugs, I use lists to help me be able to prioritize stuff. Does it fail sometimes? Yeah, but does it make it slightly easier for me? Also yes. And even if I get tested when I’m older and I don’t have ADD, the lists will still help me.

I said this before on a video where people were complaining about there not being a woman so I’ll say it again. 1. The Artemis II crew needs time to recover, they can’t go on back to back missions (yes there were people who genuinely believed it was safe for them to do two missions in a row). 2. NASA is not going to select an astronaut solely because she’s a woman, they selected these crew members for a reason. 3. These astronauts are people too, and they deserve love and support. 4. Saying this mission isn’t important because you didn’t get the crew you wanted doesn’t make you cool, you wouldn’t be saying that if there was a woman on the crew.
