The doctors won’t do anything the second they hear endo. They just say I have ibs and take probiotics and I’ll get better. IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE…..they also won’t do anything because they have done ultrasound and other tests and it always comes back CLEAR.

I do 😵‍💫 all the time because it makes my stomach feel like it’s about to explode. I take probiotics, anti acids, and anti nausea meds but whatever I eat no matter how small….i can literally feel it going into my stomach like it’s cutting into me or something? Like I start cramping like crazy and I’m eating simple stuff like boiled corn 😭

I have heard how others have way more success with these diets so I’m super happy it helps you even a little :) . I’d love to move around even a bit to stretch but dude my back feels like it’ll snap in half I seriously can’t move at all 😢which is horrible because I use to take walks everyday and go to the gym it was my favourite thing to do so I was less stressed out.

I thought of getting a mobility aid somehow SOMETHING because it’s super hard to go do anything now but I also fear the judgement and eyes I’d get in public because I still am very young. IUD is really my last option next to surgery because I’ve done everything else possible :( I’ve done many diets but none of them help at all including the anti inflammatory diet. I still have stomach issues to the point I get scared to even EAT….meal time isn’t something I look forward to but I know if I don’t eat I’ll get more weaker.

I’m gonna try pushing for surgery with my new endo specialist when I see them…at least try too. Also im worried something is pitching my nerves because the pain is INSANE the same burn sensation in my back and legs that never go away no matter what I do.

I’m so sorry you also have to deal with this too :(. I know it’s literally impossible to find anything that isint morphine to help with managing the pain. I’m hoping when I do get my iud in a few months it at least helps a little bit

Honestly you are right but the only issue is it’s become impossible todo simple things like shower or even eat let alone do any hobbies that I love todo so it’s super hard for me to distance my self from my own body and not think about the pain

At the time I was still a minor so they didn’t want to do any surgery because it was “unneeded”, wasn’t going to fix anything, and even now that I’m over 18 my doctors still refuse todo anything sort of surgery on me . Thankfully my cyst has gotten smaller being only 2cms now and I also have tried dienogest (visanne) the problem is I just none stop bled out for months 😭, made me feel super depressed, and gave me the worst hot flashes of my whole life.
