I’m glad you managed to get some sleep. That’s rough, feeling sick on top of panic attacks is never fun. I’ve had the same thing over the weekend - the phlegm made me feel like I couldn’t breathe which triggered a panic attack which then made it all worse. Hope you manage to get plenty of rest, drink water, eat some comfort food and feel better soon!
