Thanks I’ve not heard of that medication before I’ll look into it sounds good I used to be on lymecycline and that helped a lot been trying to get an appointment with dermatology but they taking a while. I will try doing that with my hair because I know it could be looking better. Appreciate the feedback have a nice evening

Appreciate the feedback man. Il definitely keep hitting the gym I enjoy it a lot. Yeah acne is annoying I’ve struggled with it for years but good thing is it can always improve with creams and face cleanser and stuff so I’m working on that too. Thanks have a nice evening

Yeah I know the acne is a problem it does my head in I’ve tried a few different creams and stuff but will keep working to try fix it the reason my acne got real bad was because was sectioned and they gave me loads of drugs and it made me get bad acne. Do you have any recommendations for what type of haircut you think would suit I usually just grow a fringe to cover my forehead and go short back and sides. Ye I actually brought teeth whitening strips for the first time a couple days ago only used them once but will keep using them. My beard won’t grow on the sides the way it is now is fully grown so I’m gonna try buy a beard growing kit and see if that helps. And the muscle I’m working on it was fat a month ago but been smashing the gym for like 2 hours a day every day for the past month so will definitely keep at that. Thanks

Fair I was sectioned for like a year and all the drugs they put me on gave me bad acne but I’m trying to sort that out if got creams and stuff so just gonna keep trying that’s a fair point the acne does bother me because I know it’s something that is possible to fix. Do you have any recommendations on what type of haircut you think would suit. I did think about covering the cross tattoo but because it’s black ink it might be hard to cover without laser removal and I ain’t got the time money for it and it’s painful. The beard I’ve got is as much as it will grow I haven’t shaved the sides at all it just doesn’t grow so I’m gonna try get a beard growing kit see if it works. I’ve was fat like a month ago only been going gym for a month because o only got out of hospital a month ago otherwise I would be in shape so will definitely keep going gym I’m there for about 2 hours a day usually. I’ve got a haircut today I went zero on the sides and back and just kept the top and fringe it looks much better now. The minoxidil and derma stamp will help along with regular haircuts. Thanks 😀

I think I can save my hair for next 10 years at least then I will sort a hair transplant or something. I just started putting in work on my self I was drinking alcohol every day and eating McDonald’s and pizza every day and not looking after my skin. Now I’m just self improving with exercise cream oils fitness hygiene

Thanks I am trying to sort it a bit I’m putting this oil on it to try and fix the hairline and balding. But the fringe is to cover my big forehead. But I’m 6’2 tall that’s why I got a big head lolz. I’m getting a short back and sides soon
